OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm (PST)
Turn Around Time: All orders are processed same day and 98% ship within 24 hours. Most orders received before 3:30PM (PST) ship the same day. Orders are shipped from California.
We ship our Made-to-Order Products fast! Our made-to-order products (our posters & banners) are never out stock! Why? Because we make them to order in our California warehouse, and ship them out within 1-2 business days
We take pride in our very quick turn-around times!
Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder you will be notified (same day) of the new ship date - typically within 2-3 weeks. Backorder shipments are shipped at no extra charge to customer!
Sales Tax: At this time, Retail Merchandising Signs has NEXUS only in California. As a result, a 9.5% sales tax rate will be charged on all orders shipped to California
Shipping Carriers: U.P.S. Ground (See chart below) and U.S. Postal Service (Cost vary - call for rates)
Expedited Shipping: U.P.S. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air and Post Office Priority are all available, Additional Charges Apply. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available on website (we like to figure air charges by weight/box size...rather than charge a high flat fee). Call us we are here to help you get your order when you need it at a reasonable price!
